BANG BANG.....

What’s every (straight) guy’s fantasy woman? Ted Noten takes a conceptual crack at answering that question, with two pieces in a provocative seven-part series titled “Necessities for a Woman (to Feel Like a Woman Through the Eyes of a Man).”

Of  course it will contain loads of crap that is sure to piss off the feminists but I'm really liking this idea.

Dior001 is a gun (Noten’s signature) loaded with accouterments, including Dior lip gloss, an antique hairpin, an arsenal of pharmaceuticals, a USB stick with “secret information,”
and a 100-gram sterling silver bar. Likewise, Chanel001 conceals Chanel lip gloss, an antique hairpin, a 18k gold toothpick, a perfume bottle with an 18k gold mechanism, a 50-gram 24kt gold bar, and a Viagra pill. In short, all the stuff a girl wouldn’t leave home without, right? Because you never know.

The guns are produced on a 3-D printer, then retrofitted with hand-tooled 18-karat gold details and loaded with all the ammunition a woman needs to survive the war between the sexes. Let's see lip gloss (muy importante), various pills including Viagra (somewhat important), 100 grams of certified silver bullion in the Dior gun clip vs the 50 grams of 24-karat gold in the Chanel (important how?), a toothpick (sure) and, in some models, a hairpin and a small vial of perfume (for unlocking doors and smelling sweet when getting caught). The guns also conceal a 4GB thumb drive for snapshots, personal data and corporate secrets.

“Seven Necessities” made its debut at Gallery Rob Koudijs in Amsterdam and was recently shown at Art Basel by the Ornamemtum Gallery of Hudson, N.Y. If you purchase one of the compacts, Noten’s studio can customize it and arrange refills. The white Dior gun will set a girl back about $11,500. The black Chanel gun, however, costs over $17,000, so a person might want to hold up a bank first. For that amount the could've made it reflective with a mirror tint.

I don't know about you but I would have put a small compartment for Patron, that's just me though :-). For more from this intriguing artist check out his site below:

I could see a woman stalking a man with this gun only to stop and write on his face a la Janet

Scary!
